What to Bring and Wear
For your initial appointment, please wear light, comfortable clothing without metal or zippers, as we may need to take X-rays. Don’t worry if you forget – we’ve got gowns available if needed. To save time, you can fill out our new patient forms online before your visit. If you prefer paper, arrive about 20 minutes early to complete them in our practice.
Your First Visit Experience
Your initial consultation will last about 30-45 minutes. During this time, Dr Saath will:
- Take a detailed health history
- Perform a thorough neurological, orthopedic, and chiropractic spinal examination
- Conduct balance and strength testing
- Take digital postural X-rays if necessary
- Capture posture photos
This comprehensive assessment helps us understand your unique needs and develop a tailored treatment plan.
